Volunteer

We Make a Difference.

If you’re interested in making a difference in the lives of young people in your community, we welcome you to volunteer at our clubs. Truth is, we rely heavily on volunteers in order to make our programs work. But, ask any of our volunteers and they’ll say being a part of our programs is not only good for the kids, but incredibly rewarding for the volunteers, too.

We’re always looking for individuals and groups who want to donate their energy, time, talent and skills to enrich the lives of our members and keep our clubs in top condition.

Individual Volunteers

Individual volunteers serve as support staff for our after-school programs and activities. Opportunities include:

  • Academic Enrichment
  • Game Room or Gym Assistant
  • Teaching the Arts
  • Group Mentor
  • Athletics Coach

Group Volunteers

We welcome groups from corporations and other organizations to enhance our programs and facilities. Our group volunteer opportunities provide a meaningful, productive team-building experience while also supporting youth development in our communities. Opportunities include:

  • Club Beautification
  • Supporting Club Events
  • Hosting Club Members at Places of Work
  • Hosting Collection Drives for a Club
  • And More

Have an idea for a special project or a talent you’d like to share? We invite and encourage all participation from individuals and groups in the Greater Birmingham area.
