Our Impact

Healthy Lifestyles

Young people often take their health for granted, which is why we focus on helping members build and maintain healthy lifestyle habits that benefit them today and in the future. We encourage personal responsibility, well-being, self-sufficiency, positive behaviors, and self-respect, supporting members as they work toward lasting mental and physical health. The statistics now reflect the following:

86%

of members engage in physical activity at least three days a week

100%

of teens abstain from smoking cigarettes

76%

of members eat two or more servings of fruit per day
