Our Impact

Academic Success

Today, a child’s future often depends heavily on their ability to succeed in school. That said, providing a wide range of assistance and encouragement with academics is a top priority for us. We work closely with each member to help them develop essential academic skills, provide tutoring to help members with challenging classes, give them access to the technology tools they need and work to foster a love of learning in all of our children.

  • Power Hour: Making Minutes Count

Providing homework assistance through tutoring in order for members to comprehend and complete homework assignments.

  • My Future

Engaging students in project-based learning experiences to help them: understand their media world, identify and develop digital interests and earn certifications as they make progress.

  • Future City Competition

Developing members writing skills, public speaking, problem solving and time management skills. Members will learn to apply math and science concepts to real-world issues.

  • Arts & Crafts

Allowing members to express themselves through various forms of art, which encourages creativity, self-expression, communication and analytical thinking.

  • Taco Bell Foundation

Empowering teens to make a personal commitment to graduate high school and to achieve más. The Taco Bell Foundation for Teens™ developed the program with Get Schooled to provide digital tools, support and an online community for students to stay on track.

  • Summer Brain Gain

Preventing summer learning loss through fun, themed activities for elementary school, middle school and high school students. Summer Brain Gain uses a project-based learning approach that engages youth in a process of learning through discovery, creative expression, group work and final project/production.
