Youth Development Professional

Part-time | All Locations

The Youth Development Professional (YDP) plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship, Arts and Sports and Recreation for club members ages 6 – 18 that align with the company mission of inspiring and enabling young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. This person will work under the guidance of the Clubhouse Director or Site Coordinator to offer programming in academic support, leadership, mentorship, arts, job readiness, life skills, recreation and more. The person in this role will be actively engaged with the youth population and at the same time, be a role model and mentor. The goal is to create a club environment that youth will enjoy and one that promotes safety, growth, learning, and fun.
